POOL HEATING  in normally required  from OCTOBER to APRIL, although is available at all times of the year.  The cost for this is £100 /$160 per week and should be booked in advance if possible.

The non-refundable Deposit at time of booking is £300/$400. The remainder of the rental money together with a refundable Security deposit of £300/$400 is due 10 weeks prior to departure - the security deposit is returned within 2 weeks after the Villa has been checked by Property Manager.

MID-STAY CLEANING IS AVAILABLE AT A COST OF $95.
